Job Description
- Capable to write high-engagement content based on various objectives of the CRM / email marketing campaigns - email, newsletters, landing pages, in-app notifications, etc
- Develop and perform strategies to drive engagement of Lalamove users and drivers across email, push notifications, in-app popup and other re-marketing channels
- Manage testing, creative, operational, reporting of the entire communication workflow to both users and drivers
- Manage the segmentation strategy to support campaign testing and analysis
- Work with the creative team to achieve a deeper understanding of what resonates with Lalamove users and drivers and optimize the content accordingly
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and practices and apply this information to improve and optimize campaigns that fulfil target KPIs with A/B testing
- Support local marketing manager to drive marketing initiatives and ensure alignment among all internal and external stakeholders on the execution of marketing activities
Job Requirements
- A gifted copywriter capable of creating engaging content with minimal direction for different communication channels
- Experience in designing and executing email marketing campaigns with a demonstrable track record of success that is supported by ROI measurement (open rate, clickthrough rate, conversion)
- Experience in A/B testing methods to optimize message and audience
- A rigorous, data-driven, and highly analytical mindset
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- High-performance team player with a can-do mindset
- Strong command of English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
- Experience in Braze (previously known as Appboy) or any other email marketing software is an added advantage
- Exposure to start-ups, e-commerce, and disruptive technology is an added advantage
