Job Description

• Lead/assist with demand generation activities (talks, seminars, boot sales, demo, etc)
• Experience to appear in TV (Bella TV, NHK News) and in magazine (article writing)
• Resolves problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of problems, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problems. 
• Build relationships and communicate with clients and customers over social media, telephone and emails.
• Involve with social medias (instagram and facebook) and engage with customers
• Manage google business
• Create promotion/awareness for branding
• Create creative content
• Manage and handle collaboration and campaign
• Maintain Good relationship with clients
• Attending event for networking/observation/supervising
• Communicate with all department to avoid miscommunication
• Website manage for all brand
• Provide health advice, attend to customers queries and feedback
• In charge on online sales and corporate sales
• Analyse data for online sales and corporate sales
• In charge for sales report, event report, corporate orders report
• in charge of Recycle campaign program
• Articulate the benefits of healthy juices and juice cleanse
• Handle all concerns on health, diet and healthy living
• Timely writing articles and assisting in marketing community

Job Requirements

1. Possess a Bachelor’s Diploma / Degree in related field or 4-5 years working experience in marketing related field particularly in the FMGC or F&B industries. 
2. Valid drivers' license. 
3. Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
4. Proficient skills on Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word Document
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
6. Tech-savvy 
7. Familiar with the usage of social media platforms. 
8. Good leadership, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills. 
9. English proficiency, both written and verbal.
