Job Description
- Report directly to Restaurant Manager and/or Manager-in-Charge.
- Build sales and initiate Local Restaurant Marketing (LRM).
- Recruiting, hiring and retention of staff.
- Handle customer in professional manner.
- Providing supervision, coaching and motivation to service & kitchen staffs.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in related filed OR 2-3 years in managing experience in food & beverage industry.
- Pleasant personality and healthy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good leadership, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Good people skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Valid drivers' license.
