Job Description

1. Responsible for all accounting and finance functions.
2. Responsible for accurate and timely financial and management reporting.
3. Ensure compliance in accounting standards, statutory filing requirements and reporting in line with the company's policies and procedures.
4. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, legal officers and other statutory bodies/authorities.
5. Perform proper analysis of accounts to ensure that entries into the financial accounts are appropriate.
6. Coordinate year-end audit.
7. Handle ad hoc projects as and when required and any other work as allocated from time to time.
8. Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling.

Job Requirements

1. Must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/LCCI certificate/ACCA or equivalent.
2. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
3. Knowledge in setting up and maintaining full set of Management Accounts including account receivables, account payable, general ledger, profit & loss, balance sheet and etc.
4. Knowledge on working with Maybank M2E platform.
5. A kick-ass team player attitude, always flexible and possess the understanding that an Accounts & Finance role is a partner role, complementing the Events Core team.
