About The Job

1. L&D activities coordination, facilitation and development
  • Coordination of logistic arrangement for internal and external training
  • Liaison with training vendors on training arrangement
  • Maintain and updating learning calendar, learning records, training vendor database, learning outline
  • Design and implement technology based activities or project, in a way which engages and drives digital audience
 
2. LMS contents development
  • Create Story Board for the e-Learning modules – communicate with the OU and BU in planning and scoping for story line for the course curriculum
  • Curate Content for the e-Learning modules– Design, develop and delivery of e-Learning content
  • Develop and produce e-Learning contents
  • Perform Evaluation – Evaluate and review the instructional design of eLearning module before release
 
3. LMS Administration
  • Conduct training to guide user to use eLearning and LMS
  • Manage Users – create user account, assign user to courses, delete resigned user account
  • Manage Group – categorize group of learners
  • Manage Reports – view reports, assess and extract reports
  • Manage courses – publish courses, activate or deactivate course
  • Manage catalogue – group courses into category, cataloging the courses
  • Oversee the management of the day to day enquiries and maintenance of the LMS
  • Develop and manage the L&D Intranet site
  • Ensure all training records and reports are organized and systematically generated
 
4. Support Talent Management projects and initiatives across the region
  • Continuous improvement in L&D coordination and LMS administration

Job Requirements


  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related fields
  • At least 1 year of training experience
  • Proficient in video editing, Powerpoint and Photoshop
  • Highly creative, responsible and resourceful
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
