Job Description

• Ensure all materials and finished goods are subject to satisfactory quality control.
• To impletment and ensure all QC process flow are well maintain and effective.
• To follow up all CPAR raised and ensure the effectiveness of CPAR.
• Conduct roof cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive measurement to ensure quality of products.
• Investigate and report quality issues and customer complaints.
• Conduct in-process audit to ensure meeting the process compliance.
• Conduct supplier audit at supplier plant to ensure quality  qorks of supplier.
• To perform any other tasks as and when required by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Strong analytical skill
• Minimum 2 years experience in QA/AC work
• Pocessess good leadership and communication skills
• Able to read and analyze technical aspect on electrical/mechanical drawings
• Minimum diploma in mechanical/electrical/material engineering or equivalent level
• Knowledge of ISO9001:2008 requirement
• Knowledge of calibration system and MSA studies
• Knowledge of FMEA and SPC will be an added advantage
