In this role, you are expected to be versatile and to carry out different projects every week (meaning this role will allow you to do different things every week). Your job is to do whatever it takes to achieve your project KPI.

It is not about just having ideas, but the ability to plan and execute with perfection. You must be strong at execution. This position is considered a core position in the company.

You are expected to at least have basic understanding and have a proven track record of all items listed in “job requirements”.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Project-based role focusing on driving growth in Kravve.
Be part of the team that shapes Kravve through robust and exciting special projects
Drive high-impact projects, in a fast-paced environment in nation-wide campaigns, partnerships and major online & offline marketing initiatives
Work on ad-hoc e-commerce projects and assignments with the most efficient execution.
Create and execute dynamic project plans
Assist in reviewing and analyzing key performance metrics
Assist in data analysis and performance reporting of projects
Any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

➡ You have a minimum of 1 year experience in project management from a professional / non-professional environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

➡ Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.

➡ Great presentation skill with the ability to articulate your thoughts clearly.

➡ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to define situations, document data, and draw conclusions

➡ Fluent in written and spoken English, bonus if you are familiar with Mandarin and/ or Bahasa Malaysia too.

➡ Candidates with a good track record of project execution & management will be given priority.
