Job Description

• Conduct data discovery sessions with clients to understand and verify their business and organization context, HR practices and challenges, and understand and verify HR, Financial and Operations data for further analytics purpose.
• Assess data quality, clean and standardize data from several sources. Identify errors and propose solutions.
• Analyse data with Excel / Power BI / any other relevant statistical or analytical tools to identify patterns and insights for performance and process improvement
• Present data and reports in suitable templates / dashboards / scorecards and metrics
• Prepare reports with insights and findings by building a storyline with the right data visuals and be ready to present to various level of stakeholders
• Maintain and update data as necessary

• Understand Potential Client’s pain points and identify compelling solutions
• Prepare proposals in collaboration with Consulting team to address Potential Client’s challenges
• Keep abreast to the latest development of Workforce Analytics domain; constantly develop and upskill yourself.
• Support the team as and when required in sales and marketing.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or any related field of study from an accredited institution

• Prior experience working in Consulting firm, HR domain or analytics-based domain will be an advantage
