Job Description

• To prepare Sales Invoice , Receipt and Payment voucher for our clients and to update accordingly into our system
• To assist in procurement of services for Government authorities thru e-Perolehan portal
• To prepare the monthly Statutory payments i.e: KWSP, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN and LEVY thru individual Government portals
• To liaise with banks for TT submission and others banking matters
• To liaise with insurance and medical agents for additional / deletion of employees
• Report to Managing Director on the Weekly Sales. 
• To update all the payments/documents accordingly into our system and also for our hard copies filing
• To update all the employees details into our system 
• Able to perform ad-hoc task given by the Managing Director and Manager

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
2. Preferable candidate with SST and GST experience
3. Required skill(s): Sage UBS Accounting / Payroll
4. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
5. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance – General /Cost Accounting or equivalent
6. Full-Time position available
7. Malaysian Only
