Job Description

• To study technical drawing and inspect according to customer’s drawing requirement.
• Leading in a project from planning, execution and implementation of project in order to accomplish the goal which determine by the Management.  
• Responsible for project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems arise from the project.
• Managing projects including maintaining good relationship with our customers, suppliers and inter-department.
• Participating in project transfer, First Article Inspection (FAI) and Engineering Verification Test (EVT).
• Involving in maintaining safe and clean working environment by enforcing necessary procedures, rules and regulations. 
• Liaise with SCM for quotation on Material and Finishing.
• Provide technical support to all operation team.
• To liaise with sales operation.
• Investigate into customer’s complaints and reject parts.
• Study Bill of Material (BOM), routing and key in into ERP system.
• To initiate meeting with operation team when customer issues Engineering Change Notification (ECN).
• Constantly look for process improvements and simplifications.
• Conduct improvement for quality, yield, productivity, delivery and cost and ensure it meets company’s objectives.
• Support new product introduction and evaluations to achieve improvement in existing processes.
• Generate required engineering reports for Management when required.
• Ability to collect and analyse data and root cause to define the action plan for preventive action.

Job Requirements

• You must have knowledge and technical skill in Bill Of Material (BOM), Technical Product Document (TPD), Engineering Change Notice (ECN), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) & Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Bachelor's Degree in Precision Machining, Mechanical, Mechatronic or equivalent.
• You have at least 2 year of working experience in the related field.
• Knowledgeable in project management and engineering standard operation procedure.
• Good in English communication skills.
• A self-independent person who are willing to take initiative in your task and able to work under pressure for this challenging and well paid career.
• You are willing travel to overseas for project transfer.
