Job Description

• You will lead the team in achieving Quality Objectives targets.
• You will in-charge to qualify new supplier by performing supplier audit and buy off new supplier on sites.
• You will in-charge to evaluate and verify supplier process controls and supplier quality systems, analyze parts failures, facilitate writing or approve results of corrective action of suppliers.
• You will in-charge to monitor and review supplier quality performance.
• You will in-charge to track and qualify or disqualify suppliers according to KMWE's standards.
• You are required to establish specific quality programs and KPI for continuous quality improvement by measurable performance tracking.
• You are required Execute special project to support company and department objectives as assigned.
• You shall be on top of every quality issue concerning FAI, incoming and assembly quality.
• You are required to review and authorize the issuing of NCR for rejected items detected by incoming QA.
• You will host quality meetings to ensure on time closure of NCR/CAR and ensure corrective and preventive action are implemented by supplier effectively.
• You are required to report supplier performance and quality to the management.
• You are required to assist in the development and implementation of supplier management programs.
• You are required to maintain the related NCR/CAR records for parts returned to suppliers (incoming /assembly reject).
• You are required to work with supplier on Quality Performance through onsite audit, process verification and supply chain management.
• You are required to maintain successful relationships with procurement, engineering, manufacturing and QA departments.
• You are required to communicate with the various parties such as Procurement and Engineering Department and Supplier to improve quality standards.

Job Requirements

• You must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronic / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• You have excellent spoken and written English skills.
• You are highly motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• You are a person who is well in organizing tasks on hand, good in analytical, communication skill, interpersonal & leadership skills.
• You able to demonstrate good negotiation, failure analysis and problem solving abilities.
