About The Job

Job Responsibilities:

Be part of the operation team in overseeing production process.
To assist the Operation Manager in capacity and resource planning for production line.
To design and develop production procedure, process and jig and fixture for production use.
To drive implementation of work instruction, process and standard practices aligned to customer needs.
To involve in cycle time improvement activities and production line setup.
Work with departments such as planning, engineering, quality, sales operation and many more.
To ensure continuous improvement in the production line to improve production output and yield.
To assist manufacturing technician by conducting trainings and engagement.
To support and improve product quality together with Quality Assurance Department.
Responsible in conducting failure analysis, troubleshoot, identify root cause and sub-par performance.
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Operation Manager or Management.

Job Requirements

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; or 2 years of related working experience in manufacturing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Good understanding of ISO9001, ISO13485 and AS9100 standard requirements, Quality Management Systems, FMEA and root cause analysis.
Good knowledge in manufacturing process.
Good technical judgement and problem solving skills.
Good attention to details.
Good statistical skills
Great written and verbal communication skills in English.
