Job Description
- To assist in preparing the documentation & booking shipment with forwarder, forwarding agent, production planner, courier service for shipment.
- To assist and update K2, K9 and LMW documents in the system.
- To assist in communicating with suppliers/customers on shipping arrangements.
- To arrange courier documents.
- To assist in preparing month end report.
- Filing of shipping documents and custom documents to fulfil the logistic requirement.
Job Requirements
- You have Certificate / Diploma in Shipping or Logistic or equivalent.
- You have minimum 1 year or relevant experience in similar environment.
- You are a good team player who are good in interpersonal communication skills, analytical skills and planning skills.
- LMW knowledge is an added advantage.
