Job Description

• You will be assisting in monitoring and coordinating suppliers’ and customers’ payment.
• You are required to perform monthly reconciliation of debtors' aging and creditors' aging.
• You are required to Perform accurate data posting for journal, payments and receipts into the accounting system.
• You are required to ensure timely completion of financial statement and management accounts.
• You are required to maintain Fixed Assets register and perform Fixed Assets tagging.
• You will be assisting for inventory closing, inventory reconciliation and costing related matter.
• You will be assisting for monthly, quarterly & yearly reporting preparation.
• You will manage and handle monthly and yearly inventory cycle count.
• You will be involved in scrap verification process.
• You are required to assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Finance & Accounts Executive and Manager.

Job Requirements

• You have at least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• You are able to handle full set of accounts.
• You are detail-oriented candidate who are able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• You are a meticulous candidate who also show initiative in your work.
• You are an independent candidate in your work & able to meet tight deadline.
• You have good analytical skills and have strong understanding of systems and database management.
• You are able to start work immediately.
