Job Description
- Manage and coordinate all purchasing activities including purchase order processing, supplier delivery arrangement, record maintenance and reports preparation.
- Liaise with suppliers and inter-department personnel on all material related issues.
- Monitor inventory movement to avoid overstocking and material exposure due to demand or engineering change.
- Conduct good negotiation skills with suppliers.
- Review with suppliers on quality issues and ensure that corrective actions are taken by supplier.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least STPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Sourcing, Purchasing
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
