Job Description

• Process daily payments (vendor invoices & expense claims) for APAC, Europe and Americas;
• Ensure that payment procedures with proper payment approval are adhered to;
• Monitor and process urgent payment request before the specified deadline;
• Perform bank reconciliation;
• Handle the preparation of the month end closing procedures in a timely manner;
• Maintenance of proper filing and financial records;
• Assist and provide support for internal and external audits;
• Handle all payment inquiries and liaising internally and externally.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or a degree in Accounting/Finance/Business;
• 1-2 years experiences. Regional experience is an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Chinese; Japanese would be a
• plus;
• Experience in online banking system such as CitiDirect, Paypal, Alipay, ERP system,
• proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and maturely with dedication;
• Commitment to quality and timely service delivery;
• Ability to be a team player and act professionally and ethically;
• A start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required;
• Globally minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural background and in different time zones;
