Job Description

  • Provide products or services information, attend to customers' enquiries and complaints, through telephone, online chat and e-mail
  • Ensure appropriate booking changes to resolve the customer's problem
  • Keep the customer's interaction or transaction's records, including details of inquiries, complaints or comments, and actions are taken 
  • Liaise with attractions/service operators
  • Review policy terms to determine whether to handle compliance Strengthen and improve the current process
  • To ensure service is satisfactory to customers
  • Follow the company's processes and procedures 


Job Requirements

  • Minimum education: SPM and above.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory. 
  • 1-year experience in sales/retail operations/customer service/ chat online is an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • This position requires you to work 5 days a week on monthly rotation shifts (24/7). 
  • Able to work if the scheduled working day is falling on Public Holiday.
  • Don't have holiday plans in the next 3 months.
