Job Description

Responsible for manual bookings handling and fulfillment
Engaged with the oversea operator in regards to bookings and special request
Proficient in booking platforms and message tools
Advising optimizing solutions on the procedure from the experience in hand and coordinate with other departments

Job Requirements

Excellent English & Mandarin communication skills are A MUST!
Fresh graduate and/or minimum1 year of working experience are welcome
Logical thinking, good teamwork spirit and conscientious
Willing to work on 24/7 shift
