Job Description
• Build marketing calendar of events/activities across different channels in support of the overall strategic marketing roadmap
• Define and execute our marketing strategies encompassing awareness, engagement, acquisition, and retention
• Build campaign ideation, execution, and review (eg: ensure lead hygiene, setting up of email campaigns, etc)
• Create a targeted and cost effective multi-channel marketing strategy for generating the highest quality leads
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget, and allocate spending to achieve the best returns possible
• Create clear and compelling product descriptions with well-articulated features, benefits and clear differentiation from other products in the marketplace
• Manage ongoing messaging and communication channels for the companies enterprise customers to keep them informed of products and important company information
• Develop and maintain relationships with outside marketing, PR and communications agencies
• Develop innovative digital media marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, video and social media and email marketing campaigns
• Drive funnel growth with creativity and execution skills to drive leads
• Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
• Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign
Job Requirements
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in B2B, SaaS marketing, brand management experience or any related field is required for this position.
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
• Experience working with a content management system, email marketing platform, Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdWords
• Keen sense for content development, curation and amplification
• Familiar in latest market trends, technologies and marketing best practices.
• Strong creative vision with campaign development skills, measurement and optimisation of campaigns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
• A consistent track record and proven history of successful product launches, exceeding overall acquisition goals or creating effective marketing programs.
• Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills are required.
• Candidate with knowledges in branding, copywriting, online business development or any relevant skills will be an added advantage
