What started as a document management system to help doctors migrate to electronic records using tablet computers has since evolved into an end-to-end clinic management platform backed by Zuellig Pharma. The team behind Klinify is a diverse group of individuals hailing from Singapore, India, and Malaysia, all united by the vision of unlocking medical data to save lives.
We are now expanding! This is a fantastic opportunity for you to be part of this exciting journey and experience hands on daily operational duties. We are looking for energetic, passionate and confident individuals who can support our business and customer operations.
As a business and operations intern, you will understand customer outcomes through ongoing collection and analysis of data and feedback and turn this into onboarding and retention strategies as well as feed into the product road map. You will be involved in all aspects of support, account management, demonstrating the product, educating customers and more. All team members look to customer success for input across all key decisions.

What you’ll do:
- Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyse customer health metrics, run NPS and gather other feedback
- Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing and sales process
- Collaborate closely with team members support renewals and expansion opportunities
- Gauge customers’ levels of engagement with the company and provide feedback to the other teams regarding product and service improvements
- Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform with the aim of helping grow our customer base
- Be the main point of contact between the company and a number of customer accounts
