Job Description

• Meet with clients to discern their wishes, draft appropriate documents including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives, advise on the estate, gift, GST, and income tax matters.
• Supports other attorneys with the above tasks as required.
• Deal with various forms of Estate Planning services, and specialize in giving advice to clients on a wide range of subjects to help them meeting their Life Planning goals.
• Advise and provide comprehensive Life Planning solutions
• Involved in a full range of estate planning and private trust services, including will writing, private trust set-up, estate and trust administration.
• Handle a portfolio of cases to structure, draft and administer clients’ wills and trusts.
• Deal with various administrative aspects of their portfolio, dealing directly with clients, their advisors, relevant government authorities and family members.
• Manage all aspects of Will and trust set-up; estate and trust administration; perform comprehensive reviews of financial statements for trust structures
• Review documents pertaining to the establishment and continuation of private and complex trust

Job Requirements

• Candidates must at least possess Diploma level 
• Min 2 years working experience in outdoor sales & marketing
• Fluent English and Mandarin Speaker
