About The Job

  • Publish and track social media content (especially for Instagram and Facebook) 
  • Manage campaign timelines 
  • Respond to leads, and requests for information across various platforms
  • Develop and execute content/creative strategies to improve both new and existing campaigns, utilizing latest digital trends and most efficient processes 
  • Implement and optimize all assigned digital campaigns to optimize campaign's reach and success

  • Plan, coordinate and manage public relations strategies and campaigns between clients and influencers
  • Assess opportunities for sponsorship and other partnerships and manage relations

  • Deliver monthly reports; analyse and key in results for campaign performance evaluation and client reporting
  • Maintain basic filing of agreements, confidential information, and contact database

Job Requirements

  • Must have great command in written and spoken English, and decent Malay. Mandarin is a plus
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools eg. Powerpoint, Word & Excel. Photoshop and other design apps a plus
  • Able to execute processes diligently with consistent follow-ups, while simultaneously keeping track of multiple requests

  • Active digital & social media user – uses various online services and is active daily on Instagram and YouTube, shops online, stalks online (!)
  • Loves keeping up to date with digital trends and local + global culture

  • Organized, resourceful and reliable, with an excellent eye for detail and a strong focus on quality
  • Preferably female with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Good in time management, handling multiple priorities and managing stress
  • Personable and friendly, loves constantly evolving oneself through cultural & social activities, sport/movement, spiritual life, health, etc.
  • Ability to maintain good judgement and keep calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Independent, able to work remotely, disciplined with deadlines
  • Pro-active with strong problem-solving skills; and willingness to learn, adapt and share new practices and ideas

  • Work experience in the Public Relations, Media or Advertising industry 
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager 
  • Experience in coordinating and managing effective PR campaigns through various channels 
  • Interest in social media, digital marketing and influencer engagement

  • Based in Selangor or Kuala Lumpur, as the occasional weekly meetings in-person are required
  • Ability to work remotely during Malaysian time working hours
