Job Description
- Promote AIA products and services to clients.
- Build and maintain good relationship with clients by providing quality services.
- Attend and assist clients to understand and make informed decisions.
- Analyse and conduct in-depth information of AIA products as well as clients’ financial circumstances, current provision and future goals.
- Financial Scheme Support with monthly salary RM 2,000 to RM 9,000 on top of Commissions payout (according to ELITE group).
- Continuous Commission Earning scheme for up to 6 years.
- Those selected for the programme will kickstart successful, sustainable careers with AIA through an ecosystem of growth that accelerates top-tier talent, grooming you to become a leader of your own high-achieving Elite team in just 3 years.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder in any field.
- Good communication skills and enjoy meeting people.
- Self-disciplined, responsible and initiative towards work environment.
- Positive attitude and able to work under pressure independently.
- Willing to work under group’s training system.
- Be a team player within the group as well as with the internal team.
