About The Job

  • Manage and process group monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner and ensure payroll is compliance with company policy, legal/statutory/ labour law requirements.
  • Administer day to day routine including all HR matters and records, employee database, utilities, ad-hoc incidents and put up vacancy advertisement.
  • Prepare staff annual EA form and submit employer's tax filing to LHDN.
  • Liaise with government authorities etc. KWSP, SOCSO, HRDF and LHDN
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the management, especially Company annual general meeting.

Job Requirements

  1. Possess Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource management.
  2. Well versed in Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and Labour Act.
  3. At least 1-year working experience in the HR field.
  4. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
  5. Ability to work on a tight deadline.
  6. Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
  7. Positive & pro-active attitude towards work.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Able to write and speak Chinese and English
