About The Job

Hey there people-pleaser! We’re currently looking for an awesome individual to join our Customer Service team based in Ipoh and manage these responsibilities:
  • Attend to our customers inquiries, call ins, emails etc., both existing and new customers (including via virtual meet up)
  • Handle new student sign ups (assist with sales!) 
  • Manage student admission, registration, payment
  • Assist with administrative related work

Job Requirements

Requirements for this role are:
  1. No work experience is required to apply to this role, fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  2. Loves engaging and speaking to our customers regularly
  3. People friendly, great personality and has a good attitude to solve customer’s problems and inquiries
  4. Able to work independently and under minimal supervision 
  5. Computer literate
  6. Able to speak and write in English and Malay confidently
  7. Chinese language proficiency is an added advantag
