Job Description

• Responsible for data entry of Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable and Update payment transactions
• Ensure payments make according to company's policies and procedures
• Prepare daily and month end cheques for Vendors/Suppliers
• Reconcile Vendors/Suppliers statement of accounts
• To meet date line on month end closing
• To communicate with all branches for daily payment processings.
• Maintain a proper and sequential filing of all payment vouchers and invoices
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices for services rendered
• Enter data on invoices; ensure proper coding on documents
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Ensure correct AR processes and standards are adhered to in accordance with SOPs

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
