Job Description
- Call, verify, Enter and Update customer information in the database
- Keep records of calls and note useful information
- Produce and report daily progress update
Salary & Benefits
- RM15 per hour
- Claimable parking fee
- Flexible working hours within Monday to Friday, Between 8am to 6pm
Job Requirements
- Wiling to work in office (The Ascent Paradigm, Kelana Jaya )
- Preferably have experience as Telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Entry level are welcome to apply and training will be provided
- Ability & willing to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Able to communicate with people at all levels with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking and driven with a can-do attitude
- Good communication and writing skills in English, Malay, Mandarin
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
