Job Description

• Build and maintain a client database via research as well as through phone
• Connect and maintain rapport with senior level decision makers to join our virtual and face-to-face international events
• Develop new accounts and expand customer base in both domestic and international markets
• Manage client services which includes quoting, customer development, and the sale of our diverse and technical products
• Respond to client needs and requirements with appropriate solutions
• Create presentations to market products to various decision-making audiences
• Oversee the entire sales process from start to finish with each customer
• Constantly achieve event targets
• Help guide junior sales executive on various sales aspects such as pitching, objection handling, and closing.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in Corporate Sales required
• Sales experience in the Corporate Training Industry a huge advantage
• Must be able to speak and write fluent English
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
• Be self-motivated and results driven in pursuing and achieving objectives
• Proficient with MS Office, email and internet technology
• Able to understand and articulate the specification and application of technical products effectively
• Good research skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Exhibit excellent time management skills and very detail-oriented
• Energetic, confident and motivated with the ability to think on your feet

• Basic salary (RM3,000 starting) + commission (uncapped amount) + travel incentives
