Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your role is to be in charge of creating in demand, high quality programs through in-depth market research as well as managing all pre-event, post-event and ongoing event planning & operations.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Conducting in-depth market research through telephone & online channels
- Competitor analysis
- Sourcing and negotiating with key industry experts to facilitate your event
- Writing and designing a commercially engaging event brochure
- Supporting team members throughout the sales cycle
- Providing sales & marketing strategies for each project
- Generating in-demand topics
- Coordinating and managing events on-site - quick problem solving is a must!
- Able to manage all pre-event, during event and post-event planning and operations
In this position, you will develop and expand a wide range of valuable skillsets such as project management, multitasking, persuasive writing, negotiating & strategizing.
