Job Requirements
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team! As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and developing our overall EMAIL & DIGITAL Marketing strategy.
Your main objective is to promote Kexxel’s events to senior level decision-makers in major organizations throughout Asia & the Middle East.
EMAIL Marketing
- The Manager will guide and manage a team of 2-4 marketing executives.
- Your responsibility includes but is not limited to:
Creating Campaigns
- Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns. Create compelling copy, subject lines and designing email templates.
- Copy-writing and proofing for all marketing materials.
Manage Campaigns
- Throughout the course of an email marketing campaign, the manager will manage email lists for the campaigns and create an ongoing schedule of content. Identify any deliverability issues, monitor performance and make adjustments accordingly.
Analytics
- After each email marketing campaign, the manager will generate and analyze data from the campaign in order to identify strengths and weaknesses. Analytics will be used to better optimize future email marketing campaigns.
Develop Contact Strategies
- Create a lead generation strategy and increase email list.
Digital Marketing
- Creating and executing effective marketing campaigns using digital marketing tools such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instragam and SEO
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal designer to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

- Proven experience in managing a team
- Excellent communicator
- Flair in writing
- Good at managing multiple tasks
- Experience in handling press conference, media relations and barter deals would be ideal but not necessary
