About The Job

You will be responsible for creating in-demand, high quality programs through in-depth research and content creation, as well as managing all pre-event, post-event and ongoing event planning & operations.

Only candidates with excellent time management, fluent English, and strong communication and project management skills need apply.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Conducting in-depth market research through telephone & online channels
  • Competitor analysis
  • Generating in-demand topics 
  • Sourcing and negotiating with key industry experts to facilitate your event
  • Writing and designing a commercially engaging event brochure
  • Skillfully communicating with facilitators and delegates to establish stronger collaborations
  • Providing sales & marketing strategies for each project
  • Supporting team members throughout the sales cycle
  • Coordinating and managing events on-site - quick problem solving is a MUST!
  • Confident in managing events onsite, including pre & post-event planning and operations.

In this position, you will develop and expand a wide range of valuable skillsets such as project management, multitasking, persuasive writing, negotiating & strategizing.
