Job Description
You will be responsible for creating in-demand, high quality programs through in-depth research and content creation, as well as managing all pre-event, post-event and ongoing event planning & operations.
Only candidates with excellent time management, fluent English, and strong communication and project management skills need apply.

- Conducting in-depth market research through telephone & online channels
- Competitor analysis
- Generating in-demand topics
- Sourcing and negotiating with key industry experts to facilitate your event
- Writing and designing a commercially engaging event brochure
- Skillfully communicating with facilitators and delegates to establish stronger collaborations
- Providing sales & marketing strategies for each project
- Supporting team members throughout the sales cycle
- Coordinating and managing events on-site - quick problem solving is a MUST!
- Confident in managing events onsite, including pre & post-event planning and operations.
In this position, you will develop and expand a wide range of valuable skillsets such as project management, multitasking, persuasive writing, negotiating & strategizing.
