If you have 6 years experience as a Sales Manager in the Conference & Training Industry, please read on:
Your role is to build a team of your own that will eventually generate revenue for the company. You will be given 6 months of training to acclimatize with the culture and process of the company - the Kexxel way!
After which you will be given staff to train and to build your own team.
You must ensure that all your staff have enough thorough knowledge of the product, can effectively use closing skills, overcome objections, and use consultative selling techniques. You should be considered a source of motivation for the entire sales staff, as well as the sales managers and team leaders. You should conduct ongoing training for all skill levels including basic sales skills, as well as advanced sales techniques.

The responsibility includes but not limited to:
- Conduct needs analysis studies and confers with GM to determine training needs
- Develop individual results by coaching, conducting training sessions, developing outcome improvement resources.
- Assess executive's strengths and weaknesses and identify their training needs to tailor training courses accordingly.
- Create and improvise suitable sales training programs and modules to meet sales person's needs.
- Plan, schedule and conduct all sales and motivation related training courses for all levels
- Maintain records and prepare statistic reports on sales exec's performance for management review
- Foster team spirit and create a positive problem-solving environment for the sales force
- Assist in recruitment
- Assist in closing the deal for sales executives
- Create a FUN environment for all
Job Requirements
You must have 6 or more years of experience as a sales leader with a proven track record in the Conference & Training Industry.

- A people person
- Ability to communicate and facilitate training session effectively to group or individual
- Strong command of both written and spoken English
- Ability to develop training content and materials
- Experience in Conference & Training industries will be an added advantage
- Have passionate commitment towards conducting training and developing people
- Loves to implement fun and occasional crazy ideas that ultimately will improve sales results
