Originally established in 2015, ILP is one of the award-winning real estate companies in Malaysia. Started off by providing buying, renting and letting services in the real estate market in Malaysia, we have learnt and grown throughout the years. In 2019, we began our journey to clinch a place in the international market. To this end, Propstar Global (HK) Limited was established. Currently, we have expanded our coverage to Cambodia, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Brunei and Korea. And we are looking forward to entering the real estate market in more countries. In order to ensure great customer experience and outcomes, we offer a comprehensive best-in-class services for our clients. At the pre-purchase stage, we will provide the information about the properties and the background of the countries for our clients. Besides that, we will outline the key factors that effect the prices of the properties such as the locations of the properties, as well as the facilities around the properties. We will also fully assist our clients throughout the process of purchasing the properties. For our clients’ peace of mind, at the post-purchase stage, we offer a wide-range of services such as building management services.
