Job Description

• Gather and provide information on IR items for end user from vendors
• To source and negotiate with vendor in orders to get better price / service
• To communication with vendor and management
• To co-ordinate good delivery and make arrangement for delivery, checking and return of goods
• To select vendors in order to get better the best quality quote and servce
• Ensuring P.O generated checking D.O invoice and filing
• Follow up purchasing to ensure good delivery as per scheduled
• Documentation and control of engineering and production stock
• Keeping records for all purchasing transaction for records retention purpose

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
• Those have experienced working in semiconductor manufacturing are encouraged to apply. 
• Good communication and negotiation skill.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
