About The Job

  • Up to RM 9,000 monthly basic allowance
  • Basic overriding commission up to 6 years

  • Develop marketing strategies and promote all type of new insurance/takaful contract or suggest addition/changes to existing ones.
  • Evaluate business or individual customers’ needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria.
  • Breed productive clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referral.
  • Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their profiles.
  • Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Constantly update job knowledge and lean about new products and services.
  • Source, recruit & develop your own sales team members (for promotion to Assistant Unit Manager – Unit Manager – District Manager)

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administrative/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in banking, insurance, unit trust and sales be an added advantage.
  • Ex-banker or other insurance agents are encouraged to apply.
  • Those without banking or insurance experience can also apply as training will be provided. 
  • Required skills(s): Communication skills, Financial Planning, Customer Relationship Management, Personal  Services
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales – Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
  • Must possess own transport.
  • Full time only.
