Job Description

• Direct reporting to Director
• Overseeing and leading the whole accounting functions: month-end close, tax, bank reconciliations, cash planning and analysis.
• Maintain, review and implement financial and accounting policies to ensure compliance and good internal control.
• Timely preparation and submission of monthly financial accounts, management reports and financial analysis within deadline.
• Attending the monthly meeting with Financial Controller (outsource agent) and management for operation progression and reporting purposes.
• Prepare creditors and debtors aging report.
• Prepare and review the Account Payable process 
• Developing an organized filing system.
• Liaise and with external auditors, bankers and statutory boards.
• Lead year-end audit and tax reporting requirements.
• Review and monitor day to day activities related to credit and collections of payments.
• Preparation of budgets, forecast, cash flow management and tax matters.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments (analysis or report) when required for the management team.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma certificate in Accounting or equivalent education level.
2. At least 3-4 years of working experiences in the related field.
3. Knowledge in Autocount software will be an advantage.
4. Detailed oriented.
5. Able to multi-task.
6. Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement.
