Job Description

• Handle requests for purchases
• Conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality
• Choose the best bid
• Track purchases from order placement until it arrives at company’s warehouse
• Ensure package arrives on time
• Verify package meets all customer specifications and customer is satisfied
• Match purchase order with shipment
• Verify billed amount with goods received
• Handle purchase invoices and forward to accounting department
• Keep track of inventory - Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand to meet the business needs and keep a constant check on stock levels
• Prepare inventory transfer forms
• Prepare Delivery Order / Invoices for shipment to customers

Job Requirements

1. Mandarin speaking skills would be highly considered as we liaise with alot of foreign companies from China and Hong Kong. 
2. Great interpersonal skill
3. Awesome communication skills - verbal and written
4. Strong in problem analysis and problem-solving
5. Attention to detail and accuracy
6. High knowledge in data collection 
7. Adaptability is important too as we would want you to be part of the family.
