Job Description

• Responsible for monthly payroll processing.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory payment and liaise with the relevant Statutory Bodies, e.g. LHDN, KWSP and Perkeso, in regards to HR matters
• Ensure compliance of payroll preparation and processing to company policies, audit and legal requirement.
• Assist to prepare payroll computation such as sales commission, overtime, allowances, medical, claims and etc.
• Responsible to track all staff annual leave and others staff benefits
• Prepare yearly EA form and employer tax filling.
• Assist in yearly performance management exercise.
• Perform other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, in, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in payroll administration and familiar in UBS Payroll Software
• Candidate with prior experience without any qualification are encourage to apply
• Knowledge of Labour Laws such as Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations EPF Act 1991, SOCSO Act 1969, etc.
• Good command and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin 
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Excel and Words
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
