Job Description

• Ensure that all month end journal entries and final document are being correctly prepared & processed on time 
• Ensure all reconciliations are done accurately on a timely basis
• Manage accurate suppliers and/or customers invoice posting activities; reconcile and adjust payments/collections as appropriate 
• To prepare all invoices accurately and ensure that it is correctly accounted for
• Ensure all money received and paid out are properly accounted by preparing bank reconciliation statement each month 
• Maintain proper filling and keep sufficient accounting records, notes, listing and other supporting documents
• Carry out any other task/assignment as and when requested by Senior Management, Department Head or direct superior

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting or equivalent 
• At least 2 years of experience in property/construction industry or in related field will be an added advantage
• Positive work attitude and able to multitask
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skill 
• Excellent command of verbal and written skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Computer literate and familiar with IFCA and UBS accounting system
