Job Description
We are searching for any talented and motivated Planner to organise outstanding and unforgettable lifestyle experiences for our clients. You will be responsible for every part of preparations to closing, such as choosing venues, approving menus / packages, coordinating and managing all experiences and evaluating success afterward.
As a Lifestyle Planner, you should be well organised, excellent communicator and attention to detail. These skills are vital in this role as our success depends on meeting our client's requirements.

Job Requirements
Responsibilities
- Identify client's requirements and expectations
- Liaise with vendors and stakeholders during the planning process to ensure everything is in order
- Manage all set-up, tear down and follow-up processes
- Maintain budgets
- Conduct inspections to ensure everything adheres to the client's standards
- Assess overall success and submit findings
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience as an event coordinator
- Well-organised with excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Public Relations is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
