About The Job

  • Understand consumer’s journey, strategise and execute the development of relevant content across all offline and online platforms
  • Develop, align and steer marketing objectives in line with seamless omni-experience while bridging gaps/identify opportunities, where possible
  • Create, plan and activate campaigns and strategies to drive key brand marketing KPIs targeted towards relevant market segment
  • Churn out creative copy to conceptualising creative videos, images and juggling campaign timelines
  • Utilise digital technology and creativity to push the boundaries of CRM experience for loyal VIP members and drive eCommerce quality traffic and online purchases.
  • Develop CRM analysis and initiatives to increase user engagement, retention and optimize cost
  • Promote agility and efficiency in daily marketing operations, processes and identify appropriate indicators to monitor progress
  • Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to input into strategic communications plan

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a BA, Marketing, PR, Communications or Business Degree
  • At least 3 years working experience in related positions
  • Good understanding of consumer marketing in a fast pace retail environment, mainly within hospitality industry
  • Experience in utilizing digital and social media platforms for marketing, including engaging bloggers, key influencers, etc.
  • Exhibits ability in analyzing data from market and consumer trends 
  • Meticulous and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Independent and innovative thinker, result oriented with strong business acumen, ability to think outside-the-box
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with others
