Job Description

• Verify employee expense claims against company policy and prepare payments
• Review invoices and pay vendors by monitoring credit term, scheduling and preparing payments, resolving payments issues and etc.
• Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Reconcile processed works by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Charge expenses to correct account category by analysing invoices/expense reports
• Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
• Maintain historical records by organizing and filing documents.
• Disburse petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation.
• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Maintain all bank records, i.e. bank account listing, bank statements
• Check and update bank balance to management for cash flows planning
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and ensure the open items are followed-up regularly
• Assist in opening bank account and prepare documents required by bank
• In-charge of office administrative works and other ad hoc duties when job is assigned.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduate who is energetic
• Diploma or degree in Business/Accounting/Finance
• Required skill (s): Microsoft Office
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills – communicated well in both English and Mandarin
• Flexible, able to adapt to fast-paced environment, responsible and willing to multi-task and take on challenges
