• Operations
  • Onboard and exit relevant employees from appropriate systems 
  • Continuously assess and support the development of new operational processes, tools, and guides
  • Collaborate with the relevant parties to implement and spearhead any process improvements
  • Support Retail Operations Managers in rolling out any new technologies, policies, and procedures developed by POS system
  • Ensure all administrative and tasks are completed accurately and correctly within the specified/required timeframes
  • Work on relevant projects as and when the need arises
  • Assist in retail stores renovation, upkeep and maintenance
• Retail Analytics & Reporting
  • Issue regular and ad-hoc sales and KPI reports
  • Protect data integrity by managing retail processes and systems
  • Control Retail Reports on a daily basis and correct any discrepancy
• Administration & Support
  • Provide support and answer internal Retail enquires
  • Provide administrative support to the Retail Operations Manager and support office team on all key store issue
  • Maintain effective and regular communication between Retail Stores and Head Office; Ensure all communications are read, shared and actioned in a timely manner by the relevant retail teams
  • Troubleshoot and support problems with all POS systems and communicate issues to relevant people in a timely and effective manner
  • Manage internal documents, guidelines, manuals and calendar events on intranet
  • Resolve and escalate any enquires or problems regarding systems with the relevant parties
• Inventory Management
  •   Creating products SKUs before new products launching
  • Guide and coach Store Supervisor on Inventory Management guidelines and procedures
    • Liaise with supply chain to ensure that the ordering and fulfilment process is running smoothly and seek to resolve any issues that will occasionally arise. (e.g. out of stock, transfers in between stores, reformulation)
    • Coordinate and execute Stocktakes and circle count
    • As needed, work with relevant parties on inventory and forecasting around new product releases and seasonal peak orders (e.g. Christmas, CNY)
    
    

Job Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Retail Industry
• Outstanding communication skills and strong ability to manage Jungle House internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent problem solving with strong organizational and administration skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure accurate completion
