Job Description

• To strategize and create content for online marketing campaigns such as Tiktok, facebook ads, instagram, Youtube, retargeting ads, google adwords, messenger ads, and email blast.
• Create creative ads copywriting and eye catching images that will increase brand awareness, website traffic, and sales conversion.
• Liaise with KOL and influencers to work on marketing campaign.
• Create marketing mechanism that will help company achieve monthly sales target.
• Manage own department P&L, costing, marketing spends, budget allocation, and promotion.

Job Requirements

• Workaholic who enjoy working 6 days per week.
• A sales driven person who's creative in ideas, able to generate most impactful advertisement result with smallest budget given (guerrilla marketing).
• Good in numbers and analytics, can identify areas for profitability and areas of cutting down marketing cost.
• Knowledge in photographing, videographing, and create of artwork are required.
• Candidate must be fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and ability to speak Mandarin is a MUST as you will need to run certain Mandarin ads content.

• After confirmation, you will be on fully profit-sharing base, and no ceiling on your earnings.
• Major contributor who worked more than 3 years will have the opportunity to become one of the shareholders owning the company.
