Job Description

• Acquire new cafés account and corporate office sales
• Source for new selling channels, and build brands collaboration to increase sales
• Liaise closely with collaborating partners, marketplaces, supermarket, and cafés on new products launching and promotions
• Plan and execute on festive sales 
• Run offline marketing campaign such as exhibition, road shows, and flyer distributions 
• Work closely with marketing department on online marketing campaign such as facebook ads, instagram ads, whatsapp and email blast
• Ensure the team hit sales target set by management 

1. You will need to manage a team of 20 staffs and oversee the operation of different departments
2. You are also required to do hiring, training of new employees, and motivate the team to ensure all the staffs can achieve their KPI
3. Monitor the service quality of customer care team to ensure we deliver the highest level of customer service experience
4. Periodic checking on production team to ensure we deliver the highest quality product
5. Build strong relationship with our suppliers, source for new products, negotiate terms and pricing

Job Requirements

• You must possess your own car and willing to travel 
• Savvy with internet and e-commerce 
• A matured person with strong self-discipline, leader by example, pro-active & strong problem solver
• Very hardworking and committed hustler, willing to work extra hours, can handle stress well, and work closely on tight dateline
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in any field
• Experience in sales, business development, marketing, and managing a team will be advantageous.
• Prior experience in operation role is not necessary
• Fluent in speaking English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin is a must as you will need to deal with China suppliers
• Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and power point
• Possess at least a diploma or STPM in any studies
• Someone who’s hungry for money and sales, driven to be successful
