RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The key person handle logistics team, ensuring customers are happy, delivery is on time, complaints are solved instantly, and the daily delivery run smoothly.
- Manage a fleet of in house drivers, plan delivery routes for drivers correctly, and assign delivery jobs to them.
- Recruit freelance drivers for peak season.
- Liaise with marketplace, collaborate partners, and corporate clients on order fulfillment and delivery matters.
- Work closely with our delivery partners to ensure on time delivery and customer is happy with the delivery service.
Job Requirements
- Workaholic who priorities work, take career seriously & hungry for success.
- Someone who's independent and capable to lead the logistics team.
- Below 40 years old, with at least 2 years of working experience in logistics field is required.
- Matured & strong problem solver. Able to make quick decision and handle stress well when there's complaint.
- Candidate must be very fluent in English & Bahasa Melayu. Ability to speak Mandarin is a MUST as your will have to deal with customers and drivers who only speak mandarin.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kuchai Lama and possess own transport.
