Job Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle recruitment, which include create job posting, phone screening, and interview candidates.
Issue offer letter, confirmation, promotion, termination and resignation letter.
Handle staff payroll which includes EPF, Socso, PCB, prepare EA form etc.
Keep track record of staff KPI and provide consultation to staff for performance improvement.
Organize company event such as company dinner, annual meeting, company trip, sport day, charity event etc.
Assist director in his daily task, manage his bookings and appointments.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have at least 1 year of working experience in HR or PA related job scope. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is a must as you will also have to liaise with some partners in China.
Must possess own transport.
Someone who’s very committed to work, careful, and good attention to details. Able to multitask and deliver the job given on time.
People oriented, enjoy working with people and help them perform at their best. At the same time also result oriented, help good staff in promotion, increment, and cut off bad apples.
