Job Description

You will play a big responsibility in helping the managing director in his daily job, attracting strong talents to our team, making sure the team members can keep performing at their best, and you have to be result oriented enough make the decision to cut off members who are not align with company culture and performance requirement.

To acquire the best talent to our company, writing the right job content, post it to the suitable job portal, and call up candidates for interview
To maintain the team synergy & performance by keeping close track to their performance KPI, organize company events, team building, company trip, and take good care to staff benefits.
To conduct consultation for low performer and help them improve their performance
To build relationship with universities lectures for internship student’s work placement.
To handle all HR related administration work including issue offer letter, record staff MC, annual leave, confirmation letter, warning letter, payroll, EPF, Socso etc
To assist managing director in all his administration work including claims, appointments, meetings, purchases, overhead budget, and announcement with all the staffs

Job Requirements

Below 40 years old, must have at least 1 year of working experience in HR related job scope. Comprehensive training will be provided
Possess at least a diploma or degree in any field
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin speaking & writing
Applicants must be willing to work in Kuchai Lama and possess own transport
Someone who’s very hardworking, committed to work, careful and good attention to details. Able to multitask and deliver the job given on time
People oriented, enjoy working with people and help them perform at their best. At the same time also result oriented that can make decision in promotion and increment for good performing staff, and cut off bad apples.
