We are looking for someone who have good knowledge and experience in customer service, able to ensure the customer satisfaction level are put at top priority, and high repeat purchase from customers. Your knowledge and commitment will play big part in bringing our company to the biggest cake brand in Malaysia that everyone knows.

= RESPONSIBILITIES =

To answer customer's inquiry via various channels including email, phone call, live chat, whatsapp & facebook messenger.
To build a strong relationship with our customers and ensure repeat purchase rate is high.
To quote prices for customised wedding cake, birthday party & corporate events.
Liaise with marketplace, collab partners, and key corporate clients on order fulfillment and delivery matters.
To resolve customer complaints and find immediate solutions.
To work closely with our logistics and productions team to ensure the overall operations run smoothly.

Job Requirements

= REQUIREMENTS =

Candidate must be fluent in English, Bahasa Melayu & ability to speak Mandarin is a MUST as you will need to answer oversea customer calls who only speak Mandarin.
Possess at least a diploma, or degree in any field.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
A hardworking person with strong self-discipline, leader by example, and pro-active.
Matured & strong problem solver. Able to make quick decision and handle stress well when there's complaint.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kuchai Lama and possess own transport motorbike/car as public transport not convenient here.
