• Coordinating all marketing efforts--online and offline.
• Executing our marketing strategies and marketing plans.
• Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
• Cross-market the company’s brands, bringing value to all of them.
• Communicating the marketing plan to the staff and other stakeholders.
• Researching the demand for our products and services.
• Conducting competitor research.
• Identifying and meeting marketing KPIs.
• Identifying potential customers and marketing partnerships.
• Developing promotions and other marketing incentives.
• Compiling collateral material describing our products and services.
• Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
• Building brand awareness and positioning.
• Developing lead generation efforts.
• Identifying and involving “influencers” in our companies.
• Organizing and/or participating in conferences, trade shows, and press events, and other major events.
• Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from an accredited college or university, in business, marketing, marketing communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Digital marketing experience (Facebook, Google Adwords, SEO).
• Experience leading a marketing team.
• Proven marketing campaign experience.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Strong copywriting and messaging skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage budgets.
• Professional and proactive work ethic.
• High competence in project and stakeholder management.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in English--with Malay and/or Chinese preferred.
• Experience with digital marketing including social media marketing and content marketing.
• Ability to work overtime as needed and occasionally, odd hours.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
• Must be resident in the Kuala Lumpur area with reasonable access to Petaling Jaya.
